Best word to describe this story is TRITE. It is sketched like an outline, a thin treatment of an idea for a cheesy TV movie. The characters are not fleshed out, and the plot itself is full of holes and dumb misconceptions. At least it was brief.

It wawrite more like this ones a good story as it is getting rare to hear people doling such good things off others
It's actually a Thanksgiving story set in the country. Just right for holiday reading by the fireside with your family.
I absolutely loved this book. It reminded me so much of Christmas in the country when I was a kid. Anyone who gets nostalgic for snow and cold at Christmas or who wishes they could "go home again" will read this book and have both needs satisfied quite warmly.

The book is a well-written, smooth read, and you will want to read it a second time just because it makes you feel so wonderful. A great book to read together as a family. No sex, violence, drugs, or obscenity, but does touch on real-life adult subjects that may require answers for young children.

I loved it, and I wouldn't be surprised to see this one come out as a Christmas movie.
The Holly Wreath Man is a simple story but resonates integrity, hard work, family and community unity and support in a way that lingers with the reader.
Actually this is a Thanksgiving story, but takes place on a Holly farm were wreath making earned winter income for locals. There is a separation in a marriage, an accident, a blizzard, a suitor bad-guy, a Government bad-guy, a lovable Great-grandfather, a kid who gets into trouble, and of course holly wreaths. It's all put together to culminate in a beautiful holly feel-good story, just right for the winter holidays. Not just Christmas, not just Thanksgiving. A bit predictable but isn't predictable happy endings what everyone wants for Christmas and Thanksgiving?
